Responsibilities
- Develop ToV and content plans, adjusting them according to trends
- Create creatives for various platforms and write texts independently
- Manage project execution and form technical assignments
- Achieve key KPIs, monitor metrics, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with product teams
Requirements
- At least 1 year of SMM experience in a company, with a portfolio of case studies in numbers
- Familiarity with ER, CTR, Reach, and other metrics, with the ability to prepare reports
- Excellent command of the Russian language, with error-free writing
- Proficient in English at Intermediate level or higher
- Ability to work in a team and build trusting relationships with clients
- Experience in preparing presentations in PowerPoint and public speaking

- Remote work with a schedule of 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time
- Stable income, with a full-time salary of 70,000 rubles net + monthly motivational bonuses up to 10,000 rubles net for achieving KPIs
