- 1.5–2 years of experience in arbitration as an SMM Manager / SMM TeamLead.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Binary Options vertical.
- Practical experience working with EU GEO.
- Understanding of the specifics of arbitration SMM, ability to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility for results.
