Job description
10arx is an AI terminal for prediction markets, collaborating with platforms like Polymarket and Kalshi. As an early-stage project, we seek someone ready to elevate our brand from day one.
Responsibilities
- Boost the corporate Twitter account from scratch (priority #1)
- Create and publish daily content: statistics, memes, market reactions, threads, giveaways
- Develop visuals, videos, and infographics
- Manage the Telegram channel
- Engage with the prediction markets and crypto community
- React to breaking news and market movements in real-time
- Build relationships with KOLs and relevant niche accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience growing crypto/fintech/DeFi accounts on Twitter from scratch
- Successful track record of growing a crypto account to 10K+ active followers quickly
- Understanding of prediction markets, Polymarket, or on-chain trading (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Proficient use of AI tools for content creation (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, etc.)
- Ability to prompt, iterate, and deliver quality content without a designer or video editor
- Strong written English (B2+/C1) and fluency in crypto slang
- Willingness to post and engage daily, including real-time news reactions
