Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies for each project/client.
- Create accounts from scratch if necessary: headers, avatars, highlights, visual posts, etc.
- Conduct regular posting, create content plans, edit videos, prepare briefs and scripts for Reels.
- Analyze metrics weekly (reach, engagement, subscriber dynamics) and prepare reports.
- Respond to comments using a prepared script on behalf of the brand/client.
- Monitor trends, algorithm updates, new formats, and limitations of Instagram.
Requirements
- Practical experience, ready to work hands-on while building systems.
- Result-oriented in terms of revenue, not just creativity and reach.
- Independence, quick thinking, readiness to take responsibility and argue with facts, not opinions.
- 3+ years of marketing leadership experience (head of marketing, not just a specialist).
- Proven cases of influencing sales and profits through marketing, with metrics (revenue growth, ROMI, share of own channel, etc.).
- Experience in building or significantly developing marketing from chaos to system in a product company.
- Practical experience with CRM and own client base (website, online store, e-com), not just marketplaces.
- Confident in digital marketing: traffic, SMM, influence, content, working with contractors.
- Practical experience using AI in work (for content, analytics, hypothesis testing).
- Understanding of target audience behavior and ability to translate trends into actionable solutions that sell.
