SMM Team Lead

Looking for a strong SMM Team Lead/Senior SMM for a betting project. The role suits both experienced team leads and senior specialists ready to manage the direction and influence brand development.

• Manage SMM direction in B2C and B2B; • Create content plan, Tone of Voice, and visual style of the brand; • Set tasks for the team: content, design, contractors; • Launch promo campaigns, contests, tournaments, and special projects; • Analyze content effectiveness and test new hypotheses; • Collaborate with marketing, product, PR, and design; • Develop brand social media and enhance audience engagement.

• Experience in SMM/PR in iGaming or betting for at least 2 years; • Experience in team or contractor management; • Understanding of B2C and B2B communications; • Confident use of Meta Ads/Ads Manager; • Skills in analytics, reporting, and content planning; • Understanding the impact of SMM on GGR, deposits, and registrations; • Experience with different GEOs and understanding audience specifics; • Strong copywriting, visual awareness, and analytical approach.
