- Design and build automation capabilities that reduce manual effort across customer onboarding and operational workflows. - Develop self-service experiences that enable customers to onboard, configure, and access products with minimal human intervention. - Improve customer growth outcomes by reducing onboarding cycle times and increasing process scalability. - Re-architect systems and workflows to support efficient provisioning, data sourcing, and customer enablement. - Apply AI technologies and modern engineering practices to identify opportunities for process transformation and operational efficiency. - Collaborate across technical and business teams to solve complex problems and create sustainable, scalable solutions. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating friction, and improving end-to-end customer experiences.

- Experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript. - Experience leveraging AI technologies, tools, or frameworks to improve products, workflows, or operational processes. - Exposure to Web3 technologies, ecosystems, or decentralized applications, or experience in electronic trading environments. - Strong systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to understand complex interconnected processes and architectures. - Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, analyze, and solve complex technical and operational problems. - Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability. - Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
