Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end settlement and reconciliation processes across Stocks, ETFs, Options, and other securities products - Monitor settlement activities and resolve reconciliation breaks, failed trades, cash discrepancies, and lifecycle exceptions across internal and external systems - Support both B2C retail and B2B institutional trading flows across global markets and counterparties - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brokerage, custodians, clearing firms, and external infrastructure providers to improve operational workflows and controls - Drive automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across post-trade and reconciliation processes
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in settlements, reconciliations, or post-trade operations within brokerage, fintech, banking, or asset management - Strong understanding of securities trading, settlement flows, custody operations, and reconciliation processes across on-exchange and OTC products - Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and operational ownership mindset - Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product, Compliance, and external market infrastructure partners - Interested in leveraging automation, data tooling, and scalable workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
