(Sr.) Product Manager

### Responsibilities: - **Product Strategy & Roadmap:** Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for exchange-related features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. - **Market & Competitor Analysis:** Continuously research crypto market trends, user feedback, and competitor movements to optimize the user journey and trading experience. - **Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing PRDs to wireframing, testing, and post-launch optimization. - **Data-Driven Optimization:** Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve user retention, and make informed product decisions.

### Requirements: - **Experience:** 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in Product Management. - **Industry Background:** Proven product management experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products). - **Language Proficiency:** Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with our global and cross-functional teams. - **Core Skills:** Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics. - **Stakeholder Management:** Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. ### Nice to Have: - **AI Utilization:** Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other generative AI productivity tools) to optimize product documentation, workflows, or data analysis. - **Technical Background:** Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL) or a basic understanding of trading algorithms. - **Growth Mindset:** Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment or scaling a product from 0 to 1.
