Responsibilities
### Role Expectations - Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored Data Protection solutions - Design and execute solutions using Zscaler s suite of products, including DLP, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations - Collaborate with stakeholders to envision and implement future-proof, transformative processes - Advocate customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development - Produce documentation, best practices, and demos to enable organizational growth
Requirements
### Minimum Qualifications - U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role - 6+ years of professional experience in network security, professional services, or DevOps - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Proficiency in data loss prevention (DLP), CASB, and cloud security solutions - Proven ability with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Linux/Windows systems - Ability to be granted and maintain a Public trust or DoD/DoW security clearance/access - Ability to travel to customer site for kickoffs ### Preferred Qualifications - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP - Advanced expertise in network security architecture and SaaS integration - Advanced expertise in a DLP or Data Protection product suite (any vendor) - Relevant industry experience at leading networking security companies - Current or former DoD/DoW TS clearance
