Responsibilities
- Manage hardware inventory and IT infrastructure across global offices.
- Administer endpoint fleets and support office A/V systems.
- Resolve service requests and manage user identity lifecycle.
- Build infrastructure using IaC and GitOps workflows.
- Design CI/CD pipelines and implement AI workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise IT or DevOps-focused roles.
- Proficiency with macOS fleet management and MDM platforms.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Swift.
- Experience with identity and access management platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud services.
