Staff Product Manager - Core Forms & Filings

Founded in 2018 by CPAs, tax attorneys, and software developers, Taxbit is creating an entirely new category to enable widespread compliant adoption of digital assets for the global economy. Taxbit’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform streamlines and automates customers’ tax reporting and accounting activities for digital assets.

### Role & Responsibilities - Own Core Forms & Filing End-to-End: - Drive the product roadmap for Taxbit's core forms and filing portfolio. - Assess which form types and filing capabilities warrant investment. - Scope requirements, including data model changes, and work with Engineering to deliver. - Translate Regulatory Requirements into Product Behavior: - Partner closely with Tax SMEs to understand IRS guidance and form instructions. - Deliver Across Teams with Quality: - Coordinate dependencies across Forms & Filing, Tax Data Platform, and the IR Experience. - Communicate the Value, Not Just Build It: - Produce customer-facing materials for major releases. - Coach, Elevate, and Templatize: - Share knowledge and mentor junior colleagues.

### Professional Qualifications **Required** - Experience: - 7-8+ years of product management experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS. - Regulatory or Compliance Product Ownership: - Experience building products in domains bound by hard external constraints. - Data Model & Systems Thinking: - Ability to define or extend data schemas, APIs, or platform data models. - Cross-Functional Delivery: - Proven ability to coordinate across engineering teams and peer PMs. - Structured Communication: - Exceptionally clear written PRDs and scope documents. - AI-Fluent: - Actively use AI tools to accelerate PM work. **Nice to Have** - Domain Expertise: - Direct experience with US tax information reporting or crypto platforms. - Filing Infrastructure Knowledge: - Familiarity with IRS electronic filing systems.

### Compensation - The base salary range for this role is $170,000-$220,000. - Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
