Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research.
- Plan, design, and execute full-cycle research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Deliver robust, timely insights aligned with product milestones.
- Communicate insights in compelling ways tailored to different audiences.
- Establish and evolve research best practices and processes.
- Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering leads to define research questions.
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Champion user-centered thinking in planning and prioritization forums.
- Work across product lanes to uncover shared user needs and systemic UX issues.
- Contribute to a Continuous Discovery program.
- Mentor and support other researchers and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on UX research experience, including 3 years in a senior or staff-level role.
- Deep experience with mixed methods research.
- Demonstrated success owning end-to-end research for complex product areas.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate nuanced data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Management, Design, and Engineering.
