Store Manager (all genders)

As a Store Manager (all genders) in Berlin, you will be responsible for the economic success and development of the store. Together with the Area Management & Retail Team, you will implement strategic decisions and ensure an optimal shopping experience and ideal working atmosphere for your team of about 50 employees.

- Manage inventory based on metrics - Organize the store efficiently and implement prescribed processes to ensure economic success - Lead by example in service standards and adapt the store to customer needs - Handle all personnel matters from hiring to training and onboarding of employees and leaders - Demonstrate transparent, authentic, and employee-oriented leadership reflecting Zalando values.
