- Lead all on-site construction activities from ground break through execution - Direct and oversee daily field operations for assigned projects or work areas - Own schedule execution, sequencing, and milestone delivery across multiple trades - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow continuity - Oversee installation of critical infrastructure including underground utilities, power, and telecom systems - Enforce strict safety standards, ensuring full OSHA compliance across all site operations - Manage daily reporting, including manpower, production tracking, safety observations, and site conditions

- Proven experience supervising large-scale commercial projects, data center related projects preferred - Strong background in heavy civil, underground utilities, and MEP construction - Experience working with General Contractors and coordinating across multi-tier project teams - Deep understanding of CPM scheduling and production-driven execution - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams - Hands-on leader with a strong track record of safety ownership and a zero-incident culture
