Job description
We are looking for a Support Agent for a crypto exchange. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial situations.
Responsibilities
• Respond to client and partner inquiries via chat and email
• Handle negative situations and reduce escalations
• Process refunds and compensations according to internal procedures
• Interact with internal teams: development, compliance, security, marketing
Requirements
• English language level B2–C1 (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and their principles
• Experience in business correspondence
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations
• No hiring in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus
