Support Manager

Zanlo is developing a product in the prediction market sphere: users make forecasts on real events (sports, news, etc.), trade positions, and earn based on accuracy. We are launching in Mexico, Brazil, and the Philippines.

- Work for the Philippines geo; - Answer user questions in the app chat: how the platform works, how markets are structured; - Resolve disputes regarding event outcomes — explain decisions, find compromises, escalate complex cases to the team.

- Citizenship of Russia, Kazakhstan, or Belarus; - English level from B2; - Stable internet; - Experience in betting or igaming is mandatory.

- Schedule 2/2, 12-hour shifts — 04:00 – 16:00 Moscow time.
