Job description
Join our fast-growing IGaming product as a Support Manager. Engage with users, present product features, and assist with technical issues while working remotely in a night shift schedule.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with users in chats regarding their inquiries;
• Present the product and its capabilities;
• Inform users about the status of their requests and assist in resolving technical issues;
• Maintain reporting.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in a support specialist role in IGaming;
• Experience in B2C product support;
• Understanding the specifics and mentality of different GEOs;
• Experience working with Turkey is a plus.
Conditions
