- Conversational English (all communication will be in English).
- Practical experience in Linux system administration (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting).
- Experience in deploying and operating systems in virtualized environments, including Proxmox.
- Practical knowledge of hardware and storage system integration, including servers, NAS, UPS, PDU, and racks.
- Strong knowledge of basic networking technologies (IP addressing, VLAN, routing, firewalls).
- Experience with user management tools such as FreeIPA, FreeRADIUS.
- Experience in monitoring and logging systems, including observability, health checks, and alerts.
- Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Alloy, Loki, Prometheus, or similar.
- Strong focus on system stability and transparency.
- Practical knowledge of Docker and containerized services.
- General understanding of system integration and network flows.
- Practical knowledge and skills in configuring interactions between physical devices (cameras, radars, speakers) and hardware and software components, as well as data flows and integration of integrated IoT systems.
