Job description
We are launching the implementation of a new Workforce Management system. This system will forecast staffing needs and automatically create flexible schedules for chat operators and phone channels. We are replacing the existing solution and developing our own.
Responsibilities
- Gather and describe requirements
- Design integrations with SAP HR and various other systems
- Design architecture
- Design databases
- Take full responsibility for the results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in system analysis
- Ability to write clear technical specifications
- Experience with databases
- Extensive experience with various integrations
- Architecture design from scratch is mandatory.
