We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with fintech experience to join CODEX. The role involves requirement analysis, process modeling, and collaboration with large teams.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Identify and formalize product requirements in conditions of high uncertainty
- Work with large teams (aligning solutions, communication between development, testing, and business)
- Model processes and system logic using BPMN and UML
- Write and validate SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN) for data analysis and hypothesis testing
- Maintain project documentation and support requirements at all stages of development
- Participate in architectural discussions — consider architectural constraints and trade-offs
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience as a system or business analyst for at least 5 years
- Experience in fintech (mandatory — key requirement)
- Skill in identifying and formulating various types of requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
- Experience writing SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN)
- Experience working in large teams
- Architectural background (understanding of system connections, APIs, databases, integrations)
- Experience and willingness to work in uncertain conditions
