We are looking for a System Analyst to develop functional requirements, technical specifications, and project documentation, as well as to analyze and design integrations between systems.
Responsibilities

- Develop functional requirements, technical specifications, project and operational documentation
- Formalize requirements and decompose the development backlog
- Conduct AS IS/TO BE analysis, describe User Stories and Use Cases
- Participate in project team work, set and decompose tasks, control requirement implementation, conduct functional testing
- Design integrations between systems, describe data exchange formats and APIs
- Prepare acceptance criteria for functionality
- Interact with the client, conduct demos
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in developing functional and technical specifications, accompanying documentation for passing PSI
- Experience in designing integrations and describing REST/SOAP APIs, ability to read and create data schemas
- Experience in setting and decomposing tasks for functionality development
- Experience in Agile software development projects
- Experience in developing user documentation (user and administrator manuals)
- Proficient in Excel and experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations at an advanced user level
- Understanding of AI tools, LLM, and ML systems; experience applying them in work tasks
