Yasno is looking for a System Analyst to understand user needs, create clear requirements, and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities

- Understand user and product needs, helping to turn ideas into clear requirements.
- Design architecture and write specifications for easy implementation by developers.
- Describe processes, data, and product logic clearly, including API contracts (OpenAPI) and integration rules.
- Work closely with PO, team lead, and developers at all task stages.
- Participate in verifying implementations: ensure everything works as intended and help identify issues.
- Keep documentation up to date and useful for the team.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience as a System Analyst for at least 3 years.
- Proficient in BPMN/UML.
- Understanding of web service architecture: API (REST/JSON), RPC, integrations, and working with OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Confidently interact with development teams: requirements, task breakdown, support at all stages.
- Ability to formulate requirements clearly for everyone from PO to developers.
- Speak the same language as business and team.

- Experience with SQL queries and data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with integrations: webhooks, queues, buses is a plus.
- Familiarity with product analytics is a plus.
