Job description
Wildberries is looking for a System Architect to develop IT service strategies, design architectures, and mentor engineers. Requires 5+ years of experience and expertise in Go and microservices.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the IT service development strategy for the department;
- Define the technology stack and shape its development direction;
- Initiate and explore ideas for new products and services;
- Design high-level architecture for new services and improve existing solutions;
- Consult teams on complex architectural and technical issues;
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding and control of the current IT infrastructure of the department;
- Form and maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT landscape and the architecture of related services;
- Represent the IT department at strategic and management level meetings;
- Build effective interaction with related divisions (DevOps, Information Security, business customers);
- Participate in solving business tasks that require technical expertise;
- Act as a technical arbitrator in resolving contentious situations;
- Conduct technical interviews with candidates at Senior level and above;
- Develop technical competencies of engineers and provide mentorship.
Requirements
### Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a system architect or technical leader with strong proficiency in Go;
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture principles and practical experience in its application, as well as experience in designing high-load and fault-tolerant systems;
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes;
- Understanding of information security principles and applying DevSecOps practices;
- Systemic thinking and ability to see architecture and processes as a whole;
- Developed communication skills and ability to argue your position effectively.
