Our company is an EdTech product focused on the school sector in Russia.
Responsibilities
• Gather and systematize business requirements from product, stakeholders, and team.
• Formalize requirements into user stories, use cases, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Describe business processes in BPMN, UML, or similar notations.
• Participate in task decomposition, estimation, and prioritization with development and QA.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Participate in UAT and verify implementation against requirements.
Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience as a system or business analyst in IT products.
• Experience in gathering, describing, and formalizing requirements.
• Experience with BPMN / UML.
• Skills in writing technical documentation.
• Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication with development, design, and business.
• Basic understanding of REST API, data structures, and web application principles.
• Experience in EdTech or other B2C products is a plus.
• SQL knowledge, understanding of Agile / Scrum, experience with external APIs.
