Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance of existing company infrastructure.
- Participation in the arrangement of workplaces: setup, connection, installation of applications.
- Monitoring and managing IT systems.
- Primary diagnostics of equipment malfunctions, ensuring the operability and safety of the company’s network.
- Setting up and maintenance of peripheral equipment, service.
- Inventory of IT equipment.
- Setting up servers and network equipment.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
- Prompt troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Windows 10, MacOS.
- Work experience with Firewall, VPN (L2TP, IPSec/OpenVPN).
- Understanding of work principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
- Experience with Windows Active Directory, LDAP, RDS etc.
- The ability to configure network equipment Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquity etc.
- Understanding of the model OSI.
- Knowledge of software (MS Office 365, antivirus programs, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of Jira/Confluence.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
