- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in digital, product, or tech fields - Strong candidate sourcing skills through various channels - Good communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships - Experience with hiring analytics and recruitment funnels - English language proficiency at least B2 level - Experience in startups, product, or international companies is a plus
