A-Markets is an international fintech company actively growing in new markets.
Responsibilities
- Close key positions from sourcing to candidate onboarding
- Set up two hiring streams: mass (affiliate, support, sales) and targeted (everything else)
- Improve hiring speed and quality: reduce time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and turnover during the probation period and first year
- Implement AI in sourcing, screening, and evaluation: select tools, test, scale what works
- Upskill recruiters and hiring managers: interview techniques, structured assessment, calibration
- Analyze markets and competitors with a focus on Asia and LATAM
- Develop EVP and employer branding together with HR and marketing
- Plan hiring according to company growth goals, establish basic TA analytics
Requirements
- 5+ years in international recruitment, with a strong track record of closing vacancies hands-on
- Experience in setting up mass hiring (sales, support, affiliate, or similar high-volume areas)
- Specific metrics on effectiveness: speed, cost, turnover
- Real experience in implementing AI in hiring and evaluation
- Experience leading a team of 2-4 people
- English C1+
