Responsibilities
- Manage 3–6 vacancies simultaneously (IT and related roles: marketing, BDM, accounts) - Conduct cold searches: Telegram, networking, and direct sourcing - Regularly interact with hiring managers, plan hiring for the quarter and year - Audit current vacancies and hiring processes - Set up metrics, automation, and referral program - Build and develop a talent pool
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in product IT companies - Experience in closing both technical and related positions - Ability to independently create candidate profiles - Skills in working with HR metrics and analytics - Willingness for cold searching and market engagement - Focus on quality of hires, not just speed
