Job description

Responsibilities
- Coordinate work with external partners (agencies, providers, Employer Branding). - Manage contracting processes, invoices, and interactions with Finance and Procurement. - Administer referral programs: data collection, reporting, payments. - Support provider onboarding via RemotePass. - Participate in automation, process improvement, and integration projects. - Maintain documentation (SOP, process maps) and ensure data integrity. - Analyze recruitment data (ATS / HRIS / surveys) with People Insights. - Build reports and dashboards on key TA metrics. - Identify insights and propose process improvements. - Maintain regular reporting (management, PnC, etc.).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment / TA operations / HR operations. - Understanding of recruitment processes and vendor management. - Strong analytical and data skills. - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau a plus). - Experience with ATS / HRIS and reporting. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (TA, Finance, Procurement). - Attention to detail and process-oriented approach. - Fluent English.
