Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and vacancy closure - Build and develop a talent pipeline through various channels - Analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes - Advise hiring managers on interviews and candidate assessments - Ensure a positive candidate experience with personalized communication - Negotiate offers including salary, benefits, and conditions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with full recruitment process management - Experience in recruiting for R&D, Data, Product, or related fields - Experience with international markets and distributed teams - Use of AI tools in recruitment for process optimization - Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and market mapping - Experience with ATS/HR systems (Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) - English proficiency at C1 level - Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of Russian is a plus
