Job description
TradingView is the largest platform for financial analytics with an audience of over 100 million users in more than 180 countries.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles (Product, PM, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing) - Source and attract candidates through various channels - Conduct initial interviews and assess soft skills / culture fit - Collaborate closely with hiring managers - Coordinate all stages of the hiring process - Support candidates until offer signing - Manage ATS (TeamTailor) - Participate in HR projects: automation, employer branding, etc.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment - Experience hiring Business & Operations roles - Experience in product or tech companies is preferred - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Systematic approach and attention to detail - English Upper-Intermediate+
