Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to form hiring strategies and roadmaps
- Influence hiring decisions in Tech, Marketing, Product, Program Management, etc.
- Source and hire top international candidates
- Develop employer brand and attract a strong talent pool
- Manage full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to offer)
- Work with global stakeholders and build trust
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools as a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence
- Fluent English
- Greek or Russian as an advantage
