As a Talent Sourcer, you will: - Search for candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and other sources - Research the iGaming market and related niches - Initiate first contact with candidates - Develop search strategies for various roles - Maintain a clean and updated candidate database - Prepare analytics and share insights with the team

We are looking for someone with: - 1+ year experience in sourcing or lead generation - Proficiency in LinkedIn - Experience with international markets is a plus - English level B2 or higher - Interest in iGaming, digital, affiliate, crypto - Creativity in search and initial contact with candidates - Experience using ChatGPT for search optimization is a plus
