Tribe is a full-cycle HR agency providing recruitment, relocation, and onboarding services.
Responsibilities
- Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels;
- Build and develop a candidate database for current and future vacancies;
- Initial contact with candidates, presenting vacancies and assessing interest;
- Collaborate with recruiters to clarify profiles and requirements;
- Maintain and update the candidate database in ATS;
- Use various sourcing tools and strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing or recruitment is a plus;
- Knowledge of basic search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.);
- Good communication skills and ability to build rapport;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proactivity and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in English from B1+.
