Responsibilities
- Source candidates (middle to C-level) via LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, GitHub, Djinni, etc.
- Maintain ATS and ensure data accuracy
- Write compelling outreach messages
- Conduct initial screenings and pass relevant candidates to recruiters
- Work according to KPIs (speed, candidate numbers, closures)
- Use various tools and approaches for candidate sourcing
Requirements
- Ability to find complex profiles without responses (cold outreach)
- Skills: Boolean search, X-Ray, Reverse Search, Talent Mapping, Competitor Analysis, AI sourcing
- Ability to find new effective candidate sources
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
