Responsibilities

- Leading and developing the 1C development team;
- Building and optimizing development processes;
- Participating in the implementation and customization of major 1C projects;
- Working on and controlling architectural solutions;
- Creating and developing development standards;
- Controlling code quality and technical solutions;
- Estimating tasks and planning resources;
- Mentoring and developing developers;
- Interacting with analysts and project managers.
Requirements

- 5+ years of development experience on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform;
- 2+ years of team management experience;
- Deep knowledge of the 1C platform architecture;
- Knowledge of SCD, BCP, managed forms, RLS;
- Experience in setting up exchanges and data conversion;
- Experience in designing complex solution architectures;
- Participation in major 1C implementation projects;
- Experience in performance optimization;
- Experience with configurations (1C:ERP, 1C:KA, 1C:UT, 1C:BP, 1C:ZUP, etc.);
- 1C certificates will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of SQL / MS SQL is a plus.
