Team Lead

Looking for a Team Lead for a design agency. Manage a team, create clear briefs, and ensure quality and deadlines.

### Responsibilities - Accept tasks from the manager and turn them into clear briefs for designers - Manage a team (10+ people) - Control deadlines, quality, and overall task flow - Assist designers during the work process if they get stuck - Maintain reporting on orders and department work - Keep full control over part of the design department

### Requirements - Strong skills in AE / PS / Premiere / Figma - Understanding of working with neural networks (mandatory) - Experience in management and delegation - Ability to work with briefs and control content creation - Understanding of both schematic projects and regular outsourcing - Current portfolio

### Conditions - Schedule: 10:00–22:00 (MSK), 6/1 - Salary: fixed + % - Payments every week (on Saturdays) - Established structure and clear growth point
