- Manage a team of Cross-Border Managers
- Distribute deals and conduct weekly/daily meetings
- Resolve complex and escalated payment cases
- Control quality, timelines, and risks of operations
- Establish payment regulations and processes
- Work with banks, providers, and EMI
- Maintain CRM and metrics (speed, errors, conversion)
Requirements
### Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in cross-border payments / fintech / banking / FX
- 2+ years of team management experience (team lead / mentor)
- Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent accounts, AML/KYC/KYB
- Analytical skills and structured thinking
- Russian and English B2+
