Join Золотое Яблоко as a Team Lead Data Science to enhance personalization and search quality in e-commerce. Lead a team and drive feature development.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Proactively implement personalization in various entry points of the website and application by developing personal ranking models for search and/or catalog output.
- Improve the quality of recommendations in product cards (cross-sell, similar items).
- Enhance search quality (integrate vector and full-text search).
- Hire and develop the team, conduct Code Reviews.
- Build processes for effective interaction with product and development within Ecom.
- Drive the development and filling of the feature store.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in leading a small team or a strong desire to gain this experience.
- Practical experience in the full cycle of implementing recommendation or search algorithms in retail.
- Broad knowledge of algorithms and architectures in search and recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of approaches to solving classic ML tasks, learning-to-rank, and understanding of basic principles of training neural network models.
- Experience with distributed data processing systems (PySpark).
