Team Lead Design

We are looking for a specialist to build an effective design department, enhance creatives for traffic schemes, and directly influence team results.

### Responsibilities - Manage a team of designers (training, task assignment, quality control, and deadlines) - Develop and scale creatives for different traffic sources - Analyze the effectiveness of creatives together with buyers - Generate hypotheses and improve visuals to increase conversion - Build and optimize processes within the design department

### Requirements - Experience managing a team of designers for at least 1 year - Experience working with multi-geo - Understanding of the specifics of traffic schemes - Deep understanding of creative hypotheses and A/B testing - Ability to work with AI generators - Creative thinking and systematic approach
