Team Lead Development

Avito is looking for a Team Lead Development to grow the team, manage projects, and ensure service reliability in a remote setting.

### Responsibilities - Develop the team: conduct 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, assess performance, and support professional growth. - Formulate OKRs and goals, monitor their achievement, and conduct quarterly planning. - Enhance the use of AI agents and automation throughout the development lifecycle. - Participate in service architecture design, conduct technical reviews, and make key engineering decisions. - Ensure service reliability and quality, enhance monitoring, manage operational metrics, and control SLA/SLI/NFR compliance. - Participate in development: write new code and refactor existing solutions. - Be responsible for security and data usage analytics.

### Requirements - Have at least 5 years of commercial development experience in PHP or Go, or be willing to actively learn these languages with strong skills in another programming language. - Have at least 2 years of experience leading a product development team. - Understand basic architectural principles: microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, queues, caches. - Set goals and achieve them through teamwork. - Argue decisions and communicate your opinions to colleagues. - Be interested in business metrics and feel like a co-owner of the product. - Share Avito's leadership competencies: driver, team player, co-owner. - Have worked with tools and technologies: Atlassian, DBaaS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, PHP, Go, Vue.js.
