Sber is looking for a Team Lead DevOps to manage CI/CD processes, implement DevOps tools, and ensure infrastructure security and reliability.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Organizing, updating, and debugging CI/CD processes for application deployment and testing automation;
- Implementing, configuring, integrating, and setting up DevOps tools;
- Deploying and supporting Kubernetes clusters in accordance with information security requirements;
- Setting up monitoring and logging systems for quick problem detection;
- Automating workflows using Ansible;
- Developing documentation for designed and implemented solutions;
- Actively interacting with development teams;
- Consulting, training, and transferring expertise to colleagues;
- Ensuring security and reliability of infrastructure by implementing best DevOps practices and continuously monitoring vulnerabilities;
- Developing measures to increase reliability;
- Operationally managing a team of DevOps engineers (short-term and medium-term planning of team tasks);
- Forming a roadmap for the development of the DevOps direction.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps engineer for at least 3 years;
- Experience with Kubernetes Baremetal;
- Experience with Ansible;
- Experience with Hashicorp Vault secret storage system;
- Experience with Nexus/Harbor Registry;
- Experience in building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with GitLab;
- Experience in administering Linux systems;
- Experience with configuration management, debugging, monitoring tools, metric collection, and analysis;
- Experience with Loki logging system;
- Experience configuring load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy);
- Understanding of network technology stack (TCP/IP, dynamic routing, etc.);
- Proficient use of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
