Requirements

- Experience managing a DevOps / Infrastructure / Platform team;
- Experience with complex production infrastructure with a high cost of error;
- Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and conflicting opinions;
- Experience auditing infrastructure and formulating roadmaps;
- Technical depth sufficient for substantive work with a strong engineering team;
- Understanding the connection between technical decisions, risks, and cost efficiency.
