We are looking for a Team Lead Golang to manage the backend development of a mobile banking application. The role is remote and requires strong architectural skills and experience in microservices.

- DB and Queues: PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Observability: SRE practices (SLI/SLO), monitoring, RCA
- Relevant experience in Go development and building microservices architecture
- Experience in team management
- Strong architectural skills (designing distributed systems)
- Practical experience with Docker/K8s, Postgres, and message queues
- Understanding of SRE principles and experience with monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make technical decisions
- A plus: experience with banking mobile applications
- Citizenship: RF.
