Team Lead Golang

Sber is looking for a Team Lead Golang to support and develop production solutions, design LLM logic, and integrate systems. Requires 3+ years of experience in commercial development, especially with LLM products.

• Support and develop production solutions in Go • Design and improve LLM logic (tool calling, pipelines, model behavior control) • Integrate adjacent systems into the product via HTTP Rest, gRPC, WebSocket • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases • Gather functional and non-functional requirements, design architecture and API • Improve development quality: Code Review, testing, CI/CD process • Approach feature implementation end-to-end: from requirement analysis to production release and A/B testing.

• 3+ years of commercial development experience, including at least 1 year with LLM products (chatbots, virtual assistants, automation) • Excellent proficiency in Go, ability to work with concurrency and web frameworks (e.g., Gin) • Practical experience in designing integrations via REST API and gRPC • Skills in working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and other data storage systems • Production skills: Docker, Git, CI/CD, service operation in a Linux environment • Understanding of OpenAI approaches and practical use of relevant tools (API, tool calling, deterministic pipelines).
