You will lead a team of engineers and participate in the development of a data warehouse core based on Greenplum. - Lead and develop a team of engineers. - Participate in data warehouse core development. - Manage platform incidents. - Develop the data stack including Kafka, Debezium, dbt, Airflow, and OpenMetadata.

As a Team Lead Greenplum Engineer, you will: - Lead and develop a team of engineers. - Participate in the development of the data warehouse core based on Greenplum. - Manage platform incidents. - Develop and enhance the data stack. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for candidates with: - 2+ years of team management experience. - 4+ years of deep dive experience in Greenplum. - Proficiency in Russian at B2 level. - Experience with data stack technologies like Kafka, Debezium, dbt, Airflow, and OpenMetadata. - Strong problem-solving skills.
