We are a product company working in several areas. Our main focus now is account farming for arbitration teams and media buyers.
Responsibilities
• Building and optimizing account farming processes
• Testing new approaches (anti-detect, warming up, proxies, etc.)
• Working with sources: Facebook, Google (TikTok is desirable)
• Managing a team of farmers
• Quality control of accounts (survivability, stability)
• Generating hypotheses and implementing them
• Training the current team and enhancing their expertise
Requirements
### Hard skills:
• Experience in account farming — mandatory
• Experience working with Facebook and Google
• Understanding of TikTok — a plus
• Experience as a Team Lead or Strong Senior
• Understanding of arbitration infrastructure
