Team Lead in Design Agency

We are looking for a Team Lead in a design agency to manage a team of designers and ensure high-quality results.

### Responsibilities - Accept tasks from managers and turn them into clear specifications - Manage a team of designers (10+ people) - Control deadlines, quality, and workload of the department - Assist the team when difficulties arise - Maintain reporting and monitor the flow of orders - Oversee part of the design department and be responsible for results

### Requirements - Proficient in AE / PS / Premiere / Figma - Understanding and use of neural networks in work (mandatory) - Experience in managing people and delegation - Ability to control content production according to specifications - Up-to-date portfolio

### Conditions - Schedule: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (MSK), 6/1 - Salary: fixed + % - Payments every week (on Saturdays) - Established processes and clear growth within the team
