Responsibilities
- Independent planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling test campaigns on Facebook Ads;
- Effective budget management;
- Building a hypothesis testing process and actively participating in their generation;
- Analyzing test effectiveness and initiating ideas for improving funnels and creatives;
- Setting up KPI systems and management reporting;
- Monitoring the market situation, vertical, and team.
Requirements
- Experience in the Crypto vertical on Facebook Ads for at least 2 years with relevant recent cases;
- Experience managing advertising budgets of $100k/month personally, $300k/month as a team;
- Confident understanding of the Crypto vertical: knowledge of trends in creatives and approaches, having relevant hypotheses;
- Proficient in Facebook Ads tools: ecosystems, structures, settings of BM, campaign cabinets, and placements;
- Decision-making based on analytical data and performance metrics: analyzing funnels, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing them;
- Experience in team management will be a significant advantage;
- Self-organization and time management: ability to plan days/weeks, maintain focus on priorities, meet deadlines, and propose solutions to emerging problems;
- Important: Willingness to independently manage campaigns during the initial stages and later as team support. A practitioner is needed who is ready to demonstrate their expertise and successfully drive the team forward.
