Job description

Responsibilities
- Manage the farm department: hiring, training, controlling, and motivating the team. - Develop, test, and implement new manual and automated farming schemes. - Monitor and analyze Meta algorithm updates, respond to storms and bans. - Organize uninterrupted procurement and accounting of consumables. - Ensure quality control of setups before buying. - Maintain transparent reporting on account costs, department ROI, and survival conversion. - Interact with current agencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Farm or Senior Farmer/Team Lead in Facebook for 1.5–2 years. - Thorough knowledge of FB technical aspects: fingerprints, proxies, hardware, anti-detects, ban types, and bypass methods. - Successful team management experience of 3+ people. - Skills in automation software and understanding of manual vs. auto-farming balance. - Strong analytical skills: work with tables, calculate account unit economics, analyze ban funnels. - Proactivity in finding new setups. - Mediation skills and joint analysis of ban causes with the buying Team Lead. - Experienced in prompt engineering.
